HAYCONEX

Before switching provider, find out what is actually failing.

We review, install and maintain networks for hotels, cafes and offices. Guests, staff, POS and cameras are separated, and the final topology is documented.

When Wi‑Fi fails, it shows up in revenue, reviews and lost time

If two or three points feel familiar, the issue is usually not more internet speed. It is a separated, maintainable network.

Guests or customers ask for the password and still complain

POS loses connection at peak time

Cameras, music or printers disappear from the network

Zoom or Teams drops even though "there is internet"

Restarting the router fixes things only for a while

The provider, the POS and the cameras all blame each other

ARCHITECTURE DECISION

More bandwidth does not fix an undesigned network

The bottleneck is often after the router: critical services and guests share the same path, with no clear priorities or boundaries.

01 · COMMON SETUP

One shared network for everything
  • R01One fault affects the venue
  • R02No isolation between services
  • R03No priority for POS

02 · TARGET SETUP

The same services, properly separated
  • 01Contained failures
  • 02Priority for POS and voice
  • 03Documented topology

Reference diagram. The final design depends on the venue, cabling, load and critical services.

What actually changes

  1. 01
    Diagnose

We measure coverage, cabling and use before buying equipment.

  2. 02
    Separate

Each service receives a defined path and priority.

  3. 03
    Verify

We deliver measurements, topology and documented responsibilities.

What changes when the network is designed for business

Less uncertainty before spending

With 4 details we give an initial estimate and explain which options make sense.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have specific pages for hotels, cafes or offices?
Yes. There are separate pages for hotels, cafes/restaurants and offices/coworking, with examples and segment-specific solutions.
Do you work officially with an invoice?
Yes. Hayconex works through Hay Conexion S.L. (CIF B44872653), registered in Spain. We issue invoices with VAT.
What equipment do you use?
For small and medium businesses we mainly use Ubiquiti UniFi. For more complex projects, Aruba Instant On or Cisco Meraki can be a better fit.
What does the warranty include?
Warranty terms for work and equipment are fixed in the quote and contract.
What happens if something fails afterwards?
Write to us on WhatsApp. During working hours we normally reply within an hour. Work and equipment warranties apply.
Do we need to close the venue for installation?
In most cases we can work during breaks, at night or on weekends. We plan the schedule to reduce impact on sales.
Can I keep my current provider?
Yes. We work with Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, MasMóvil, DIGI or any other provider. We change the internal network, not necessarily the internet contract.
Do you only work in Barcelona?
Most projects are in Barcelona and the surrounding area, but we work across Catalonia and Spain depending on the case.
