Offices and coworking

A stable office network with clear access for staff and visitors

Wi‑Fi, switching and segmentation for offices: stable meeting rooms, isolated visitor network, NAS and printers in a documented structure.

What we do on site

We configure Wi‑Fi, switching and segmentation so devices do not interfere with each other.

01

Stable meeting rooms

We check the zones where a dropped Zoom or Teams call costs the most.

02

Access segmentation

Employees, visitors, printers, NAS, cameras and IoT are separated by design.

03

Documentation for the office

You receive a diagram, access details, device list and growth recommendations.

Work formats

You can start with an audit or prepare a full project before opening, renovation or relocation.

01

Move or new office

We plan access points, rack, switching, Wi‑Fi, provider and visitor network before move-in.

02

Current network modernization

We find bottlenecks without stopping the office and change only what matters.

03

Recurring support

Access changes, new workstations, monitoring and priority response to failures.

What changes when the network is designed for business

Less uncertainty before spending

With 4 details we give an initial estimate and explain which options make sense.

One technical owner

You speak with an engineer from the first message to handover.

Network designed for daily operations

Guests, customers, staff, POS, cameras and voice are separated by priority.

Verifiable handover

You receive a diagram, access details, recommendations and documented responsibility zone.

Support after launch

A direct channel for changes, questions and failures without starting from zero.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have specific pages for hotels, cafes or offices?
Yes. There are separate pages for hotels, cafes/restaurants and offices/coworking, with examples and segment-specific solutions.
Do you work officially with an invoice?
Yes. Hayconex works through Hay Conexion S.L. (CIF B44872653), registered in Spain. We issue invoices with VAT.
What equipment do you use?
For small and medium businesses we mainly use Ubiquiti UniFi. For more complex projects, Aruba Instant On or Cisco Meraki can be a better fit.
What does the warranty include?
Warranty terms for work and equipment are fixed in the quote and contract.
What happens if something fails afterwards?
Write to us on WhatsApp. During working hours we normally reply within an hour. Work and equipment warranties apply.
Do we need to close the venue for installation?
In most cases we can work during breaks, at night or on weekends. We plan the schedule to reduce impact on sales.
Can I keep my current provider?
Yes. We work with Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, MasMóvil, DIGI or any other provider. We change the internal network, not necessarily the internet contract.
Do you only work in Barcelona?
Most projects are in Barcelona and the surrounding area, but we work across Catalonia and Spain depending on the case.
