2. Data we collect

When you contact us or submit a form, we may receive your name, phone or WhatsApp, email, project details, page language, landing URL, referrer and UTM parameters.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a budget estimate and communicate about a potential project. The legal bases are your consent and pre-contractual steps under GDPR.

4. Analytics

We use PostHog analytics to understand page views, clicks and form events. If you accept cookies, PostHog may use first-party browser storage for analytics. If you keep necessary only, PostHog works in cookieless mode. We do not send form contact details to analytics events.

5. Tools and processors

Website forms are sent to a Hayconex n8n workflow. Internal lead notifications are delivered to the Hayconex team in Telegram. We also use PostHog for analytics with consent or in cookieless mode if the user rejects cookies, and Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, security and site delivery.

6. Retention and rights

We keep lead information only as long as needed to manage the request or project. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected].
